- Sales Representative support on issues that arise during their use the SFA systems
- Management of the SFA accounts, requiring on-going maintenance to ensure the correct sales reps are associated to the correct customer accounts. Territory realignments as required by the sales management group
- Training sales reps and sales management on the software related of SFA system
- Tracking of all problems and managing tasks effectively to the higher priority items are addressed first
- Develop and maintain procedural, technical and user documentation for the SFA system to ensure efficient and effective service to all users
- QA for system integration with the ERP system
- Minimum 2 years Help Desk experience with Help procedures, including well developed customer service skills
- Working knowledge of SFA and ERP systems
- Support experience with Ms Windows operating systems and various applications including Ms Office, Ms Outlook
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
- Good training skills
- Must have excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high ¿ pressure environment
- Team player
- Very good English knowledge
- Computer Science diploma is an assent
