RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting regularly to HQ management, they will be required to carry out regular customer visits, increase sales and manage distribution partners within a given territory.

Their specific duties are as follows:
¿ Contact prospective and current customers to solicit sales of Company products.

¿ Receive customer enquiries & perform follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product & product accessory information, and receiving feedback regarding company products.

¿ Follow sales leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns & other promotional efforts. Maintain files on new business leads & related information.

¿ Travelling to customer locations to present company products & pricing in a professional manner.

¿ Apply technical knowledge of company products to best meet customer needs

¿ Maintain appropriate records for the development of sales forecasts by each customer, including marketing, technical support & customer contact information.

¿ Submit appropriate paperwork to management such as expense reports & call reports.

¿ Maintain accurate, updated, organized files on all assigned customers. Analyse customer accounts making corrections promptly, & contact customers to obtain missing information.

¿ Complete & submit customer activity reports each day on sales & backlog orders.

¿ Assist in the resolution of customer complaints by reporting to & liasing between the customer & appropriate parties within the company.

¿ Collect & report competitive information to Management.

¿ Attend training activities & trade shows on behalf of the company.

¿ Research trends & technical developments through related publications & training sessions to maintain current knowledge and specifically meet customer requests.

¿ Maximise sales potential through good customer service techniques & knowledge of the companies products as well as the competitions strengths/weaknesses.

¿ Ensure an attractive & orderly company image at all times through appropriate dress & effective sales displays.


CERINTE

- Fluency in English
- A degree in a science or business related discipline (it would be advantageous to have a degree in biochemistry, biology or chemistry
- Relevant experience within the diagnostics sector
- A proven track record in diagnostic sales
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent leadership skills and a high-level of self-motivation
- The ability to travel both nationally and internationally
- At least 3 years experience in sales

Competitive salary.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for bonuses if they succeed in meeting sales targets within a designated time. Sales executives will also be entitled to travel expenses, a company laptop and company mobile telephone. They may also be entitled to a company car. Holidays, sick leave and maternity leave will be in accordance with current Romanian labour legislation. Employees will only work 5 days a week (Monday ¿ Friday).
