RESPONSABILITATI

- Importing, exporting, whole sales and distribution of fish (main activity), poultry and meat products to customers in Romania and Europe;
- Customer relations including building up a customer base, maintaining it and solving the potential issues;
- Ordering products, storage, sales, payment follow up etc.;
- Organizing customs clearance for goods, logistics, storage and other connected activities;
- Reporting and communication regarding office/sales activity in daily basis;
- General office management including licenses for import/export and other licenses connected to the activity;
- Translation of documents (if necessary), basic accounting , invoicing.


CERINTE

- Work to targets;
- Strong knowledge of the market and products (especially fish items and seafood);
- At least 2 years of experience B2B sales in food product, preferable fish and seafood;
- Knowledge in import regulation for food products, customs duties, documentation etc.;
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English - compulsory because company's language is English;
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German will be a plus;
- Self-dependence in office management;
- Good organizational skills and time management;
- Ability to work in an international environment and comply with company's rules and reporting systems;
- Good computer skills, MS Office;
- Driving license B preferable;
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
