The ideal candidate must be a flexible person with good communication skills, service orientation, monitoring and coordination skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills, judgment and decision making and good time mangement.
•Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market
•Initiates and coordinates development of action plans
•Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
•Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
•Establishes sales objectives
•Identifies growth opportunities for short and long-term revenue generation.
•Provides leadership and guidance to the Sales and Sales Support teams


CERINTE

•Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
•Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services.
•Administration and Management - Knowledge management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
•Proficiency English language; any other language is a plus.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
