Creates, together with the direct supervisor the business program and market strategy for products assigned and the established action plan;
Ensure achievement of sales and marketing goals for assigned product portfolio;
Ensure that products and services are marketed and priced in accordance with subsidiary guidelines;
Introduce and sell assigned products and concepts, in accordance with the marketing plan of the dept;
Monitor and communicate relevant information on competition identified in the territory;
Monitor market to identify/acquire new distributors;
Identify/develop new product applications for existing/new end-users;
Performs regular updates the market knowledge regarding market trends, novelties, etc;
Carries out high standards of time management, record keeping, territory planning and administration;
Pro-active cross functional internal communication with Logistics, Customer Support and Finance divisions;
Creates and maintains excellent business relation with all key players and distributors from the market;
Coach and train sales force of business partners, and the sales agents.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, a global leader in abrasives, tapes, adhesives, speciality chemicals, filtration systems, we are looking for an IATD Sales Engineer, specialised on the Industrial and Transportation business lines.
University degree, specialization preferably in electronic/energetic fields;
5 years of commercial experience;
Excellent knowledge of local relevant market;
English language fluency;
Self initiative in work and projects;
Independent worker / cooperating well with all levels;
High communication skills and high sensitiveness to local condition;
Availability for travelling;
Valid driving license.
