RESPONSABILITATI

Main Objectives:

- To profitably sell Home Products, consisting in Comfort Control products which will be implemented in small and medium residential buildings, on the Romanian market in the designated area

- To develop and maintain a distribution network throughout the designated area for Home products ( Thermostats, Chronoterms, OTC Controllers, Thermostatic Valves, Balancing Valves)

- To fulfill operational objectives

Main responsibilities:

- To identify and develop potential distributors, OEM¿s, re-sellers and other companies (partner companies)

- To conclude agreements with such partner companies and to maintain partnership

- To prepare offers and quotations, to follow-up and to get the contract for

- To propose to the Supervisor and to the Management the strategic plan and the action plans

- To maintain and strengthen customer contacts with and users and distributors

- To propose the Division manager the strategic plan as well as the action plan

- To execute approved plans and to report action based and regularly

Additional responsibilities:

- To provide top-level technical and sales support to new partner companies

- To maintain strong relations with source locations

- To participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences, etc


CERINTE

- Technical university graduate

- Excellent sales skills and negotiation skills

- Minimum 5 years sales experience

- Proven track record clients , established network within industry

- Experience in building automation, heating equipment, HVAC field is an advantage

- Results- driven, dynamic , tenacious, flexible

- Able to work both independently and in a team

- Able to meet tight deadline

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English

- Availability for travel at least 70% of the time (in the country and abroad)
