RESPONSABILITATI

Manages team in charge of Sales Effectiveness, by creating a motivated, competent and optimally structured team to ensure optimal support for business:

sets targets and tasks for the team

set standards and quality work for their subordinates and monitor their implementation

responsible for the development of skills and knowledge of subordinates

Sales targets & bonus system

Leads development of reporting for sales force with a view to maintaining transparency and accuracy of sales data and individual targets on the basis of which sales team members are granted bonuses. Responsibility for implementation of bonus scheme/SOP.

Process improvement

Business lead for project to develop a stable data model to support predictable business needs. Model will reduce data manipulation currently required for sales target setting, management of sales performance, management of bonus scheme and territory management.

Optimisation of sales resources

Conduct regular analysis of sales teams to optimise the size of target groups and territories. With Business Units, draws up rules of reach and frequency of sales calls and monitors performance to ensure anticipated impact on targeted customers.

Channel optimization

Lead identification of the most appropriate channels to access customers for greatest impact.

Strategic planning support

Supports brand planning processes and business teams to create optimal sales support plans for all GSK brands. Oversees the process of segmentation and targeting for all BUs to identify groups of customers with the highest potential for sales growth.

Physician (CRM) database

Leads continued improvement and maintenance of CRM database and relevant reporting

Ensures training to system users.

Job Requirements


University degree

MS Office, PC knowledge

English: writing/speaking

Commercial background and exposure (Finance, Logistics, Sales, Marketing)
