The Sales Director prepares the annual sales and store budgets and bears bottom-line responsibility for all the stores.
He manages the whole process of the new store opening, working closely with the Purchasing Director and the Expansion Director, developing the country’s sales organisation and reporting to the regional sales managers.

You are looking for the opportunity to be part of the management team of a developing International Retail Chain.
You would have an attractive package and professional opportunity as a Sales Director in management team of the German leader in “Do It Yourself “market, which is expanding it’s operations on the Romanian market.

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
Experience in management in retail industry (at least on a Regional Sales Manager level).
DIY experience preferred.
Knowledge of Purchasing & Category Management and Expansion Process.
Fluence in English
