Novachrom Industries is a company in the process of launching the Novachrom line of construction material products in both the Romanian and regional export markets. Novachrom Industries is a company set up in 1995 with a modern plant site of 42,500m2 (5,000m2 constructed), which until June of this year was the sole manufacturer for Atlas Corporations APLA line of paints and powder products on a Lohn basis.
Reporting Directly to Managing Director
Development of the Sales Strategy for the Novachrom brand of construction material products in both the Romanian and Regional export markets.
Build the Annual operating Plan (Budget) to execute the above Strategy including allocations for Human Resources, Market Research, Marketing initiatives and Merchandising materials.
Build and develop a motivated Sales team to execute the above Plan with clear objectives to review performance at regular intervals.
Management of all Sales related personnel including hiring / firing responsibility.
Responsibility to achieve the agreed Plan Sales Volumes on both a monthly and annual basis.
Responsibility for Current Portfolio Optimisation and New Product Development in conjunction with the Operations Director.
Preparation of job descriptions for all Direct Reports, performance and Salary reviews.
Preparation of Monthly Managment Reports relating to Sales including but not limited to Volumes, Cliens and Salesmen performance vs agreed objectives.
Full familiarity with MS Office applications and Windows Software.
Excellent working knowledge of English (Spoken and Written)
Minimum 2 years Construction Material (particularly Paints and Powders) Sales experience
