RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing long-term development strategies
• Domestic sales
• Representing the company in business and trade negotiations
• Supporting commercial department employees in carrying out current activities
• Constant market monitoring and analysis of commercial trends
• Networking with crucial clients (traditional and modern way)
• Management of a team of subordinate staff

Tasks:
• After taking a position, a main duty is to become acquainted with the market and subordinate team
• Another task is to visit clients companies to analyze and create a proper division of them.
• Establishing contacts with new (crucial) clients
• Implementation of support system for sale representatives and creating a development strategy of a company


CERINTE

Requirements:
• Experience in sales preferably in the FMCG market
• Ability to manage a team of subordinates
• Selling and negotiating skills
• Experience in creating development strategy of a company
• Success-orientation
• Competence in English enough to communicate casually
