Develop sales channels and manage the sales force in order to reach agreed targets.
Understand the market and propose sales strategy in order to reach sales targets within profitability limits
Creates the appropriate sales channels mix, in accordance with agreed sales strategy, in order to reach forecasted budgets
Staff sales channels and act to continuously develop sales force knowledge and skills – including training development, active coaching, appraisals, etc.
Distributes and executes sales targets on managed channels, in conditions of efficiency and minimum cost. Monitors sales data and decide upon needed corrective actions
Personally participate in strategic customers’ relationship management - together with key account managers.
Coordinate bonus, reward and incentive schemes definition for sales staff, in order to ensure staff motivation and retention, in a cost effective manner.
Proven experience in sales management within Sales Finance Company or within significant retailer or home appliance producer
University graduate – MBA is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
