The position of Sales Department Attorney will involve dedicated legal support for ADAMA’s Sales Department, as well as a close working relationship with the company’s senior management. The role includes managing legal aspects of negotiation, sales processes and supporting documentation/contracts related to the sale and rental of residential and commercial space in ADAMA’s extensive Romanian project portfolio.
- Fluent in English;
- Certified Romanian lawyer;
- Previous professional experience in a corporate legal department or in a law firm is a must;
- Good communication skills;
- Self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working, able to work under stress, to operate in a challenging working environment, and to manage with multiple integrated tasks;
- Experience in Real Estate law shall be a major advantage
