- Sending and receiving correspondence of all types (e-mail, fax etc.);
- Daily routine tasks (such as: telephone conversations with the foreign suppliers, with dealers and with customers;
- Perform written translations from/into English;
- Following the sent offers;
- Offer support to the sales department and to the dealers network;
- Accomplishing other administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Pleasant appearance;
- General PC knowledge: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel);
- Responsibility and adaptability;
- Good organizational skills essential;
- Fluency in English language;
- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus;
- Very good communication abilities;
- Dynamic, proactive, open-minded.
