RESPONSABILITATI

1. Process the information from the daily sales reports and generate reports per sales agent, product, channel, etc.
2. Keep accurate records on sales expire, credits, etc. through all the reports he/she is responsible to issue
3. Work to optimize the existing reports format, to build new formats according with the management needs and insure the accuracy of data recordings.
4. Keep records on the defined key performance indicators ( KPI ), providing this reports to the management with the decided frequency for DSR, merchandisers, ASM, including the bonus report.
5. Distribute the different types of reports in accordance with the validated distribution list agreed by his superior for any report.
6. Prepare and transmit the daily correspondence.
7. Provide reports on distributor activity such as stock per branch, average sales, being responsible to send an alarm to the ASM and NSFM in case of overstock, expired risk or optimization opportunities.

- Excellent PC Skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking
- English language as a must.
