- Coordinating Bank’s Sales teams;
- Performing sales results analysis and identifying new sales perspectives;
- Developing sales strategies and forecasting sales evolution;
- Establishing clear and measurable monthly sales targets;
- Developing an motivational incentives program for sales teams;
- Monitors sales activity performance versus established target at weekly and monthly intervals;
- Developing sales reports that will be periodically sent to branches in order to inform sales teams about their performance;
- Periodically reports regarding customers needs and complaints in order to improve or to develop new features for our products based on market request;
- Proposals for translating customers’ needs into actionable plans;
- Providing solutions for a continuous growth of sales volume;
- Write periodical activity reports for upper management;
- Performing market analysis and collecting information about competition;
- Trainings and recruitment for sales personnel when needed;
- Conducts regular sales meetings / conference calls with sales teams;
- Ensure that every sales employee is adequately trained and fully understands Bank’s products and procedures
- University Degree & at least 2 years experience in sales;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Budget and reporting writing skills;
- Experience in managing & leading people and teams;
- Excellent communications, persuasions and selling skills;
- Team spirit, leader, tenacious and able to work under pressure.
