- Coordinate assigned regional distributors and their sales force in order to achieve the sales volumes and coverage targets
- Identify and classify all retails outlets in each territory
- Achieve targeted product availability by brand, check the outlets stock on hand, close distribution gaps and optimize the facing of brands
- Ensure maximum visibility of all brands
- Establish and maintain excellent relations with customers in each territory
- Execute marketing and promotional activities in his territory
- Monitor and report competitor activity in his teritory
- 2 years experience in sales preferably in FMCG
- Experience in merchandising is an advantage
- Good negotiating skills
- Winner¿s attitude
- Team-player
- Driving license
- Good knowledge of English
