Contributes to the achievement & optimization of agreed business objectives for the organization;
Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the activity of the assigned business area;
Coordinates, ensures on the job training and is responsible for the professional development of his own team;
Develops and monitors budget/estimates for the assigned departments;
Assure the analyse of sales on product and client, including discounts, allowances and returns; also analyses the operational costs including productivity projects.
Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variances;
Conducts periodic audits of actual expenses, and budget/estimates comparisons to actual.
Takes an active role in challenging the results of the assigned area and proposes ways of optimization.
Participates in projects coordinated by own assigned department(s) which imply financial analysis and decision making (e.g. Prome, Code)
