-Actively maintain a depth of product knowledge in the designated product areas
-Ensure the Presales team and specific groups have up-to-date and relevant product knowledge in the designated product areas
-Maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products
-Understand the needs and the pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products / solutions provided by Oracle
-Designing and delivering customer demonstrations/presentations to articulate, update and evangelise Oracle based industry solutions as required
-Represent Oracle at marketing events as required
-Contribute information in response to Invitations To Tender (ITT) and Requests For Information (RFIs) for Industry Solutions
-University degree in IT or similar
-Language Skills: English is a must
-Previous experience in sales consultancy
-Relevant experience as a HR Systems Analyst/Manager is a plus
-Familiar with Oracle products
