Our Client offers solution in the areas of food storage, serving, preparation food and drinks, microwave cooking, re-heating, and a variety of other convenient kitchen tools and premium quality consumables.
Our Client’s sales force is organized in a tiered structure with consultants at the bottom, managers and star managers over them, and next various levels of directors, Legacy Executive Directors at the top level
Our Client is sold mostly through a party plan, with rewards for hosts. A party is run by a sales consultant for a host who invites friends and neighbors into his or her home to see the product line. The hosts are rewarded with free products based on the level of sales made at their party. Parties also take place in workplaces, schools, and other community groups. In recent years, our Client has moved to a new business model which includes more emphasis on direct marketing channels and eliminated its dependency on authorized distributorships. In many countries, our Client’s products come with a lifetime guarantee.
For Romania we are looking for 10 sales consultants
Main tasks:
- To contribute to sales;
- To facilitate sales force growth, resulting in increased sales and profits;
- To motivate, train, and recognize the Salesforce;
- To observe Salesforce performance and provide coaching and counseling to ensure effective execution of goals;
- To identify new Salesforce;
- To initiate regional meetings and conferences with the purpose to develop and maintain a well-motivated and well-informed sales organization;
We expect:
- University degree and experience in sales desired;
- Knowledges and contacts in the MLM market would be plus;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, phone and presentation skills;
- Independent, organised, diplomatic and dynamic, with entrepreneurial skills;
- Able to handle pressure, accustomed to negotiate and present;
- English and computer literacy is a must (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
