You will be contacting companies in order to present the real estate offer in front of a group of their employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through prospecting the market;
- Organize meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and requirements;
- Draw-up personalized offers for clients;
- Participate in real-estate fairs to identify new clients and present Company`s offer;
- Maintain and expand customer database by finding new potential clients / partners depending on the desired profile;
- Constantly keep in touch with clients in order to obtain a high degree of their satisfaction;
- Draw-up the offer and analyze it with the customer;
- Follow up on the contracted clients (requests, payments, addendum)
- University degree;
- Proven experience in real estate sales;
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
- Proactive attitude and customer orientation;
- Hard-working, able to cope with pressure;
- Good command of English;
- PC literate;
- Business attire;
- Driver`s license category B.
- Experience within an important real estate agency or developer is considered an advantage.
