Role: To achieve sales objectives and fulfill customer satisfaction through professional presentation and proactive selling attitude in order to create best customer experience to our clients.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting the market for Company`s products;
- Organise meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and requirements;
- Draw-up personalized offers for clients;
- Participate in real-estate fairs to identify new clients and present Company`s offer;
- Maintain and expand customer database by finding new potential clients / partners depending on the desired profile;
- Constantly keep in touch with clients in order to obtain a high degree of their satisfaction;
- Draw-up the offer and analysis it with the customer;
- Follow up for the contracted clients (requests, payments, addenda) till there are handovered to the customer representative.
- University degree;
- Experience in sales (services, high value products);
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
- Proactive attitude and customer orientation;
- Hard-working, able to cope with pressure;
- Good command of English;
- PC literate;
- Smart appearance;
- Driver s license category B.
