Letter to our future Sales Consultant.
Dear future colleague,
You might have seen already this ad, last year in December. We've searched and we've interviewed and we couldn't find the right person yet. Why?
Because the right person has to be really dedicated and at the same time a little bit nuts, to laugh easily but to work as hard as a mule at the same time. Nobody seemed ready for the task.
We have been expanding so amazingly and with such great enthusiasm, that it has become a quite urgent thing to find a sales person to take part at this adventure.
This adventure could imply:
- identifying and selecting interesting clients,
- contacting them through every means possible,
- meeting them in person and offering them what they need with the help of Barnett consultants
- reaching the sales targets and the activity targets
And, for certain, this role will include:
- being part of a very competitive and at the same time fun to be in team
- participating at the continuous expansion of a well established company in the market
- taking part at wild parties with a lot of beer and other cool stuff
We know you are out there, and that you are just looking for this kind of opportunity.
If you are:
- target oriented but at the same time you see working in a team as a good thing
- you've been working in sales/phone sales for the last one year
- you know perfect English
- you can drive a car (and also have license for it), and of course you know how to use MS Office (including PowerPoint presentations, we love those!)
- you have worked before with sales targets and like the pressure as much as the commissions
- you have a very strong sense of humor and are positively oriented towards anything life brings you ahead
