RESPONSABILITATI

About the position:
• The position will be based at the East European headquarters of the company, in Bucharest, and will travel as needed to customers’ sites in Romania. Occasionally travels in East European countries.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Along with the management team contributes to establish and implement the sales strategies
• Maintain the relationship with existing clients and develop a portfolio of new clients; clients identified in order to pursue the sale process.
• Continuously identify new clients to have potential collaborative partnerships with them
• Aims to increase the number of active clients and take actions to retain their loyalty
• Prepares the weekly client visits plan and makes travels for prospecting, identifying new needs, quotes and offer presentations, negotiation and contracting
• Send price quotes to identified prospects and clients and answer their requests
• Prepares and delivers pitches to various events
• Prepares documentation prior meetings with clients
• Update and complete customer database (CRM system)
• Prepares various reports / statements / presentations on demand
• Responsible for the specific objectives of the sales activity set by the management company
• Actively participate and represent the company at trade shows and themed events
• Acts in order to achieve sales goals.


CERINTE

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• + 6 years of sales and business developer experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
• Relevant experience in the B2B sales and business development for the industrial & technical field (medical devices/IT solution/medical software/software/IT services)
• Experience in selling innovative solutions in the industrial and/or medical field is a plus
• Excellent understanding of the selling and business development processes
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Proficient English communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability of identifying and offering alternative solutions
• Client oriented with the capacity of understanding fast their needs and to propose suitable solutions
• Ability of analyzing, synthesizing and adapting fast decisions
• Public Speaking abilities
• Driving license B category.
