Main purpose of the job:
To act as internal consultants, providing business process expertise on our complex business project: GLOBE - Global Business Excellence.
To identify causes and to implement solutions to business problems in a multifunctional project, to asset and communicate issues of technology impact on the business.
To be part of the implementation team of SAP and other complementary software packages
Responsibilities:
As a member of the project team, provide business expertise within the assigned area in the analysis, design and development of business applications;
Provide business consulting support on projects or system issues;
Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions
Participate with other team members, customers and other stakeholders in new product reviews, tests and pilots.
Competence area:
Main scope: Sales Functions process is integrated with Commercial Planning and Objectives & Pricing
Adequate preparation for contact with customer (history of customer in the organization, company requests, customer disputes, forecast payments, etc)
Customer analysis execution
Identification of customer objectives and targets, making direct contact with customer
Customer support to create product demand at the outlet
Act as a ¿sales controller¿ with responsibilities in monitoring: ¿total trade spend¿ (TTS) and ¿customer contribution statement¿(CCS)
Maintain Product Partner Range ¿ authorized products per customer
Maintain ¿Pricing Data Tables¿ after implementation
Registration of TTS and Non ¿ TTS discounts according to the policy
2-3 years experience within the requested business area
PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
English proficiency
Experience of working in projects
SAP work experience is a plus, but is not mandatory
Availability to travel to Bucharest, during the project, for those based in Timisoara
Strong business knowledge and usage of appropriate information systems supporting tools
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Very good teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well on cross-functional teams
