- Check and update the stocks of the company
- Manage the orders for products
- Issue invoices, credit notes
- Connect with colleagues and with the logistic team for delivering products to the clients
- Issue sales/stocks reports
- Follow-up the payments and inform the sales responsibles
- Deal with compensations and returns
Experience in using WizCount software - orders, stocks, invoices, payments (Mandatory)
University graduated in economics ( accounting)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package ( Excel)
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
