Job scope:
- Provide the sales analyses for the Sales Director and his team;
- Keep the internal communication intra and inter-department
Job responsibilities:
- Providing various reports, analysis, presentations for the Sales Director;
- Developing the presentations and other sales communication tools;
- Monitoring the expense reports for the Sales Director;
- Organising different internal or external events for the department;
- Keeping the agenda, managing travels booking/planing for the Sales Director.
- Is available for the Commercial committee members on request of the Sales Director.
Education:University degree
Experience:No previous experience required

- Very good self-organization;
- Paying attention to details, dynamic and flexible person;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive, innovative and action oriented;
- Able to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Willing to learn and to invest time and effort in the job.
PC skills : Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
