- For our client- a very well known player on the automotive services industry market, we are looking for Sales Assistant. The company has an extended grows in the very near future and need professionals for enlarging the sales team.
- As an integral part of Sales Department, Sales Assistant is responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Duties:
- Coordinate and execute the presales and post sales activities
- Creating, developing and updating the department data-base
- Preparing all sales documents and materials
- Scheduling sales meeting
- Colecting and processing the sales reports
- Offers delivering to the clients
- Customer oriented with very good abilities in written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Experienced in automotive industry (would be an advantage)
- Very good comunications skills
- Confident with numbers and analyses
- Patient, well organized, flexible and proactive person
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
