Our client, a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances and mobile communications, is giving you the opportunity to prove your communication and coordination abilities, by offering you a position of Sales Assistant.
Part of the key responsibilities will be:
• Assist Sales Director in his daily business activity
• Maintain permanent contact with the sales teams
• Gain and develop solid knowledge regarding each sales department’s products
• Make presentations, forecasts, reports, etc regarding the sales departments’ activities and present them to the sales director
• Keep evidence of the monthly targets
• Keep evidence of the partners’ contracts (considering each product category, at a periodical interval-monthly/quarterly/annual) and bonuses
• Various presentations and reports, as required
• Collect and centralize data received from the sales teams such as:
*annual/ quarterly/monthly targets
*weekly forecasts for each sales team
*comparative sales progress for the last years
* monthly market reports and sales reports for each product category
If you have:
• At least 3 years work experience, preferably in the sales through distribution or multinational companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Persuasiveness, able to get the necessary data in order to perform job’s duties
• Result oriented
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Open to learning and development
