RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the Country Manager, your mission will be to be responsible for the entire customer service for the distribution company, from answering to customer requests to taking orders and to manage all office-related matters in liaison with third parties when necessary

Your main activities will be:

• To take telephone/mail/fax/EDI orders, and process them to the Central customer service Department in Poland
• To follow up on orders with anomalies (breakage, availability, credit etc.)
• To collect all Customer information, contracts, other legal requirements related to customers.
• To manage customer relation in order to optimize customer satisfaction
• To secure general sales terms, including follow up on DSO, are constantly being followed to all customers
• To control customer deliveries by the track & trace system of the logistic partner.
• To coordinate Office Management and T&E administration
• To support Brand Manager with daily activities
• To distribute pricelists and newsletters to customers
• To assist Country Manager with various Commercial related issues

If you have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience (preferably in a multinational company in a similar position), if you have a Business Level in English and good knowledge of local trade practice; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package is a must.
