Due to the fact that the company is extending its activity we are now looking for serious and motivated persons for the opening
SALES ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Assist the vehicle sales team (Head of Sales/Dealers Head of Sales) in sales operations and more particularly in the management of Customer orders, through to delivery of the vehicles
Contribute to the efficiency of communication within the vehicle sales team / Dealers and with the clientele and partners
Assist the Head of sales in organizing the activity (reporting meetings, weekly reviews, reports…)
Conformity of orders transmitted (vehicles and equipment) to the various partners
Inform the head of sales and concerned salesmen / dealers of non-conformities or dysfunctions encountered
Proper circulation of information between the internal and external partners
Establish and follow-up on administrative dossiers for orders of new vehicles (Send to HQ the slips and order forms for new vehicles and the corresponding financial analysis sheets, forecasts of volumes, follow-up of deadlines,..)
Inform the customer of progress on his order, the delivery dates and any problems which may arise
Prepare the administrative documents necessary for the registration and technical inspection of the vehicles
Act as liaison with the Accounting Dept. for checking Customer and Supplier invoices.
Classify and archive dossiers.
The person must be reliable and serious, an active listener and have strong relational skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities in order to properly fulfill the function
Sales-minded and proficiency in the use of office software (also Excel)
Good communication skills in English and French
Proficient in PC- MS Office
Open, organized, proactive
