Assures support in daily activities to Sales Managers
Taking care of correspondence, registration & administration
Creates and revises presentations and chart
Contact and set up business meetings, keeps agenda in a timely manner
Collects, analyzes and summarizes data in preparation for analytical reports
Develops and generates monthly, yearly and ad-hoc reports
Ensures that the reports are generated correctly and in time
Supports, if necessary, in organization of internal and external events & meetings (meetings, partner & customer events)
Good analytical skills
Ability to effectively implement and monitor complex plans and schedules; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; build effective working relationships inside and outside department; maintain confidentiality of information
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, time management,
Strong Romanian & English written and verbal skills required
Customer interaction and a proven track record of attention to detail
University degree
1-2 year's experience on the same position
Very good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet)
