RESPONSABILITATI

The role:
- Supporting all sales activities, especially administrative sales daily work
- Reporting results for his/her area of contract clients
- Ensuring the interests of sales department
- Working to reach the strategic goals in sales department (not only turnover)
- Reaching a certain financial target
- Following business rules
- Helping and supporting sales managers in internal informational flow

Responsibilities:
- To do all administrative work in the sales department: write contracts and official documents, send / receive monitoring reports to client, send / receive order inter/intra-department, prepare all documents to the client
- To help for establishment of the outdoor network
- To fill the weekly sales report
- To know the market competitors (products, prices)


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- 1-2 years experience;
- Very Good English;
- Very Good Computer Skills ( Word/Excel; PowerPoint; Internet - Excel, especially;
- Has to be honest, very organized, best team player, happy spirit and friendly;
- Very good Excel Knowledge.
