Job scope:
- Provide the sales analyses for the Sales Director and his team;
- Keep the internal communication intra and inter- department
Job responsibilities:
- Providing various reports, analysis, presentations for the Sales Director;
- Developing the presentations and other sales communication tools;
- Monitoring the expense reports for the Sales Director;
- Organising different internal or external events for the department;
- Keeping the agenda, managing travels booking/planning for the Sales Director;
- Is available for the Commercial committee members on request of the Sales Director.

Education:University degree
Experience:No previous experience needed;
Competencies and Personal Skills
- Willing to develop a career within the commercial/ trade area;
- Very good self-organization;
- Analytical person, paying attention to details, dynamic and flexible;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive, innovative and fast learner;
- Able to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
PC skills:Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Languages:English language, good level, both written and spoken
