Sales Animation Coordinator
Curious to know what are you going to do?
You will:
• Develop and coordinate the promotional activities and implementation of promotional materials for shoppers and for retailers together with the assigned team for launches and re-launches;
• Participate in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual promotional plans to achieve sales volume and share goals;
• Assure a smooth implementation of promotions and POSM in-store and permanent follow-up;
• Monitor and analyze agency and suppliers’ performance;
• Supervise the competitors’ activities on the market (especially promotions and POSM) and recommends action plans for improvements;
• Recruit, train, coach and coordinate the activities of the assigned team;
• Be in charge with the budget control.
