Ensures timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for the business function or area (for SALES & MARKETING depts)
Supports and challenges the assigned function, identifies action plans for improving efficiency, according to the financial objectives of the company
YOU WILL:
Contribute to the achievement & optimization of agreed business objectives for the organization;
Provide advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the activity of the assigned business area;
Coordinate, ensure on the job training and be responsible for the professional development of your own team;
Develop and monitor budget/estimates for sales & marketing departments;
Assure the analyse of sales on product and client, including discounts, allowances and returns; also analyses the operational costs including productivity projects.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system)
Take an active role in challenging the results of the assigned area and propose ways of optimization.
Minimum 3 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
Excellent analytical skills;
Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
Team-player;
Argumentative approach/ influencing skills;
Initiative, solution and action oriented;
