- Support the Sales Director (and other sales staff) with preparation of sales trips, preparation of technical quotations, liaison with customers
- Keep records of customer data base, projects, quotations and contracts
- Liaise with customers and the manufacturing companies (located in Germany, Switzerland, Austria) to ensure timely and smooth order execution
- Assist with the preparation of trade fairs both in Romania and abroad
- attend trade fairs within Romania and abroad, as may be required
- Business / Marketing studies preferably with a technical background would be a great advantage
- English (good command written, spoken) and preferably also some German
- Experience: office back-up for technical sales staff, secretarial duties, management of own timetable, marketing, communication with customers and preferably also with manufacturing companies abroad
- Efficiency in the use of Microsoft tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Full driving license
- Ability to work in a small group and to take own responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to learn technical aspects of our machinery
