Our client is looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant whose mission will be:
Assistance to Operations team:
- Coordinates travel arrangements for the team
- Keeps accurate records of documents and correspondence, managing a clear filing system
- Responsible to order supply items
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
Sales Management:
- Assist the Sales managers in the monthly and mid monthly revenue consolidation and reporting.
- Issue and manage software Licenses of the location
- Assist the Sales Managers in the monthly and mid monthly forecast reporting
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure that all the receivable are closed in the system
- Follow up with the clients on invoices payment
- Submit the invoices in time and ensure there are accompanied by the signed acceptance forms/proof of delivery
- Ensure all the contracts are uploaded in internal data base
- Co - organizes with accounts manager clients events , upon request
- Keeps accurate records of contracts
- University degree;
- Experience as Assistant Manager minimum one year;
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English - written and spoken;
- Responsible and organized, with initiative, accurate;
- Ability to work under pressure.
