Implement Installed base data consolidation and synchronization
-Support IB data consolidation concept development, working with Account analytics manager
-Implement data synchronization concept and manage ongoing data synchronization (Data extracts will need to be collected from 6 teams - extracts are likely to be delivered in Excel)
-Adapt data synchronization to different data sources as they will be made available
-Implement upsell/cross-sell opportunity reports
-Support of upsell/cross-sell report strategy development, working with Account analytics manager
-Implement report setup and manage ongoing support delivery (once per month in given deadlines with distributing 1:1 to account management and telesales community)
-Adapt reporting structure to new needs and requirements
-Prepare Installed base slides for account reviews (PowerPoint)
-Enable easy farming through monthly delivery of upsell- cross-sell opportunity reports on an account by account basis covering
We are looking for pre/graduates with:
-Economical/IT background preferably
-Previous experience with sales analyses is an asset
-Excellent communication skills
-Fluency in English
-Strong knowledge of Excel, Access and Power Point
-Experience/Abilities in maintaining strong working relationship and effective lines of communication with internal and external customers
-Quality and Details oriented
-Fast learner
-Used & enjoy to work under time pressure
