•Ensures full support to Shops Channel team through internal departments and external suppliers’ interactions;
•Prepares correspondence, issues letters and memos; makes reservations and travel arrangements for meetings, seminars;
•Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information; verifies the accuracy of statistics; keeps up-to-date the Shops Channel reports and preserves historical records;
•Assures the integration of a new employee in the Sales department;
•Interacts with Marketing and Inventory department in related area;
•Involves in project teams coordination.
•High school (University degree would be an advantage);
•Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
•Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
•Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
•Superior computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
•Good command of English;
•Customer service or sales experience would be an advantage.
