• Promotion and sales of the real estates in the portfolio of the Group in Romania;
• Active marketing, contacting and contracting clients, agencies and investors directly;
• Monitoring the real estate market, collecting statistics about sales;
• Preparation of market analysis and reports;
• Preparation of advertising and marketing materials. Cooperation with real estate agencies;
• Registration of clients interested in properties and offers received;
• Inform clients and agencies about the characteristics of properties;
• Organizing visits of clients and agents to properties, presentation of properties;
• Develop lists of offer prices and getting approvals;
• Evaluation of offers received and proposing solutions to closing transactions;
• Ongoing communication with clients, real estate agencies and investors;
• Communication and contracting with debtors/owners;
• Preparing documentation for sale contracts;
• Filing and obtaining cadastral documents from the Land Registry;
• Obtaining and reviewing construction permits, identifying properties, getting documents and pictures;
• Relations with notaries, bailiffs and liquidators;
• Preparing activity reports;
• Examination of technical documentation and authorizations.
Previous experience on a similar job.
