RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a major German-based producer of medical equipment, with a strong international presence. On their behalf, we are welcoming applications from young, professional and dedicated individuals for the Sales Administrator vacancy. The position is based in Bucharest.

The main purpose of the job is to provide support throughout contract execution, to both sales people as well as the customers.

The future employee will be responsible for:
- preparing offers and/or tender documentation
- placing external orders, monitoring deliveries and stock movements
- updating sales people on order status and any unexpected events that might occur
- issuing sales reports
- preparing documents for the customers (invoices, offers, samples, etc.)
- leading customer satisfaction surveys.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate shall possess the following:

- previous experience in a similar position, preferably of min. 1-2 years
- good English knowledge
- computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access)
- commercial background and understanding
- organizing skills
- customer focus
- excellent communication skills.
