The right candidate will be in charge with all the aspects necessary for developing sales activities for an office rental company
Coordinate activities to promote business and find new customers to rent office spaces
Negociates prices, customer relationship
In addition will check SEAP for public biddings related to IT equipments aquisitions

Basic financial knowledge: billing, tracking receipts, client service, rental contracts
Initiative, ambitious, able to build a start-up
Fluent in english
