Description:
SpamExperts BV, a key-player in the email-security industry, is looking for precise, reliable, and highly
organized Sales & Administration support representative who is challenged by the idea of support sales
in achieving their objectives, keeping sales processes and related sales administration 100% accurate
and clean at all times. You will work from the Romanian SpamExperts office in Bucharest, in a relatively
small team of highly motivated colleagues and will be reporting to the Sales Coordinator directly.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Support
- Keep CRM 100% accurate and up to date
- Add new (trial) potentials
- Regularly review existing potentials/clients/accounts and update where required
- Process incoming order and cancellation requests
- Trial management
- Client-system (WHMCS) reporting management
- Sales-reporting (trial/conversion rates over time, marketing success rates per category,
churn-rate reporting, etc)
- Track business developers activity and performance
- Answer basic sales and trial-related questions through ticket-system
- Prepare quotes/ offers in accordance with the sales and account-management team
- Conduct market analysis and prepare contact-lists for business developers
• Administration Support
- Support the Office Coordinator as well as the Finance & Organization coordinator with
their daily activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks
Candidate Profile:
• Pro-active and independent worker
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Highly organized with excellent project management and administration skills
• Precise with an eye for detail
• Excel expertise
• High intrinsic motivation
• Result oriented
Beneficial skills:
• CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferably)
• Fluency in both spoken & written other foreign languages (besides Romanian)
