RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities
1. Administration
- Primary accountancy and assistance to accountancy service provider
- Bank relation
- Handling small cash
- Personnel statistics
- ITM relation
- Office supply and management, internal communication
- Manages the relation with authorities

2. Sales
- Manages contacts and relation with factories and clients
- Client service task: order processing, communication between factories and importers concerning confirmation of orders, loadings, documents etc
- Clients payments control
- Clients claims
- Relation with sales department: weekly sales report, product sales report, others demands of sales departement
- Controls and follows previsions / sales

The position is reporting to the National Sales Director


CERINTE

Requirements
- English proficient
- French medium level
- Organising, communication abilities
- Good time management
- Windows, Office, Internet knowledges
- Pro active
