RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for data analysis to support and improve the Oracle University EMEA Sales Teams’ operations.
Responsible for data analysis to support and improve the Oracle University EMEA Sales Teams’ operations. This includes validation of EMEA sales territories ; change management of territory files ; analysis of EMEA data fuelling Global report ; and the delivery of operations training.

SCOPE:
· Reports to EMEA Oracle University Field Sales Manager.
· Works as part of the EMEA Oracle University Sales team.
· Works closely with the Oracle University EMEA Operations team, Global Reporting team, the Compensation Administration team and OU Sales.
· No direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for overall management and maintenance of EMEA Territory Masterfiles.
-Responsible for processing of Territory change management templates. Correction of Sales Credits in Oracle systems to reflect Territory Masterfiles.
-Processing of weekly sales credit reports.
-Collaborating with Compensation Administration Team to address changes of sales credits in Accounts Receivable.
-Validation of EMEA and Global reporting.Close integration with EMEA Sales Management Team.
-Collaboration with EMEA Operations.Delivery of Operations training.
-Building reports to help analyze trending and quality metrics.
-Support Sales Reps from an Account management perspective.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Develop and maintain relationships with Global, EMEA countries and other LOBs.
-Ability to quickly assimilate business requirements and executive direction in order to deliver quality results.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities across virtual teams.
-Handle very large sets of data with strong Excel skills.
-Good presentation & communication skills, both written and spoken. Manage multiple tasks.
-Report as required to the relevant parties.
-Operate in line with Oracle processes and procedures.
-Measure, report, feedback as required on each programs progress.
