- Provide technical sales support and account management to drive customer sales and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide customers with complete product information including detailed comprehensive analysis
- Support customer with a technical analysis of needs, on a consultative basis, bringing value by recommending a customer specific solution
- Lead follow up and development
- Support resale channel partners and offer support for developing new sales channels
- Negotiate Deals, quotes and bids
- Support for area sales managers
- Support reseller applicants
- Scheduling appointments for field sales managers
- Assist in coordination for installations and service support team
- 2+ years sales experience within IT&C or telecommunication market
- Understand and thrive on dealing with customers in this market
- Have existing contacts and customer relationships
- Driver¿s license
- Excellent verbal/written communications and telephone skills
-Other language skills, whilst not essential, would be beneficial
- Numerical skills ¿ must understand concepts relating to profitability and return on investment
- Computer literate with good knowledge Word, Outlook, Internet, intermediate level Excel, good typing skills
- Outgoing personality
- The ability to effectively identify, negotiate, generate and defend sales revenue.
- A team player/self-starter with the ability to work and generate revenue using own initiative.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A customer driven approach and good customer management skills.
- Experience of working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Effective time management skills.
- Well organized and disciplined with regards policy, procedure and standards.
- Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment.
- Ability to report and project accurately and according to agreed timeframes.
