RESPONSABILITATI

Due to our expansion in our operations in Romania we are currently seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to join our team. In addition to your degree (medical degree is not a must) you must be enthusiastic, confident and professional in your approach and be able to combine high technical product knowledge, gained through our training program, with your own inherent personal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is a must as is experience of minimum 2 years gained in sales of medical equipment/devices sector, specially Radiotheraphy and X-ray.
RESPONSABILITIES
a. Customer visits
b. Creating new sales opportunities via explanation of the technological developments to customers
c. For public tenders
d. Prepare tender documents respcting all the requirments of the public aquisition law.
- keep the relations with related parties in the hospital within the decision, purchasing and the payment process
- Assisting in / supporting / answering the queries related to the preparation of the tender specifications
e. Carrying out research on competitors
f. Following up the maintenance contracts
g. Signing new maintenance / service contracts with customers whose guarantee period has expired
h. Selling spare parts
i. Doing cost analyses
j. Ordering equipments
k. Passing all the necessary details over to the Projects Department once a sales contract has been concluded
l. Preparing and running of the annual budget
m. Following up on a weekly basis the customers' accounts
n. Obtaining the monthly CRM reports and analyzing the process performance statistics
o. Offering Clinical Support to all our x-ray Customers.
p. Participate together with the team at all medical fairs, conferences, congresses where company is involved
q. Participate at all product training( generally abroad)


CERINTE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• MBA degree will be an asset
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge in Healthcare Technologies is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing field, preferably in Healthcare sector. ,
• Having customer focus, team player, communication skills, unlimited thinking, initiative taking, result and quality orientated capabilities
• No military service restriction for male candidates
• No restriction for traveling
• Having driving license
