Common Minimum Practices (CMP) & Global Initiatives
Lead Global initiatives and implement for the region
CMP implementation status
Follow up mechanism to complete the action resulting from gaps identified
Transformation opportunities
Participate & be Part of Projects and eventually lead projects
Lead Harmonization & standardization projects for accounts
Identify transformation opportunities following deep dives and drive implementation
Solution proposal
Involve black belts/quality team in project resolution
Mentor & Complete at least 3-4 projects/year with business impact
