We offer a junior role in our call center, offering customer support to consumers around the globe.
The Jr. CSR position means:
•Validate orders received online from customers all over the world
•Take new orders over the phone
•Answer questions, assist customers in choosing the product that best suits their calling needs
•Troubleshoot technical issues reported by our customers

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to answer calls from customers in a professional manner, with focus on both efficiency and quality

•Fluency in Russian is a must –speaking
•Advanced English
•Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (especially afternoon and night shifts)
•Good problem solving and communication skills
