… create APIs for interoperability
… make monitoring and configuration tools for state-of-the-art infrastructure

If you have:
… at least one year of Ruby on Rails professional experience
… very good OOP, best practices, unit testing, patterns and anti-patterns knowledge
… solid SQL skills
… experience with Maven, versioning and continuous integration tools
… good ability to speak and understand English
Would be a plus:
... Java Enterprise experience with common application servers
... experience with Hibernate, ORM/JPA and web services
… experience with systems and various Linux distributions
